Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Gifted from a young age, Tim studied abroad. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
