History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cory fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Alex hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. After a long history of fighting, Randal and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and money/treasure

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. The war was a terrible time for him, and Heward does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Heward was born the youngest of three triplets. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Heward was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Beggar and was forced into it by his family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
