Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: Charles was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
