Description: This man is typically in his Carpenter uniform. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized emerald on his left hand. His auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Don is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He struck the Carpenter job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Carpenter responsibilities is difficult.

Description: He wears professional attire. He carries with him a set of pickaxes, each one with a ruby on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He has styled his blonde hair well, parting it to the right. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Ernest was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bounty Hunter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bounty Hunter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ernest fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.
History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ernest fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now owns his own business.
