Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Born in the east to a Bowyer, Ralf learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
