History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a green shirt, with a blue mid length shorts with blue tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: Tim was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Tim alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and many illithids want him driven away

Description: He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Robert was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His long golden hair reaches down to his waist. This green eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Raymond grew up listening to his mother's many stories. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. After a long history of fighting, Nicholas and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.
