His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Balimaar is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He worked as a nervous Tanner and found it very stressful. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Balimaar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he feels threatened by others

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears a white costume with the symbols of the sun god on his torso. He has a brown handlebar mustache and slicked back brown hair. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Thomas was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Randal hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting dire rats, the young Randal began to lead the lost caravan. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.
