Personality: This man loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born in the south. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
