Description: He wears grey painted combat armor at almost all times, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'7" when asserting himself. He is bald on top and has large chestnut tufts of hair around his ears. He has brown eyes and a grey hat with a black feather.
Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Dean alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Dean was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and a deep hatred of drow

Description: A moderately attractive man, he is dressed in earthy colors with a black and grey handkerchief worn on his left side. His chestnut hair is heavily combed to the left. He has a dull look in his brown eyes.
Personality: Norman speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and money/treasure

Description: An older man who wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a greataxe, but if one is not available he will default to his bow, he is not a threatening figure. He sports a long silver beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: Guy was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When Guy reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has achieved small success as a Knight.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and balancing his hectic life and new knight responsibilities is difficult

Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His hair is short and black. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: Gifted from a young age, Jocelyn studied abroad. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Healer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and many gnolls want him driven away

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy chestnut stubble. He likes to wear pastel tank tops with white pants. He has a hunchback. His chestnut hair, when down, is lengthy. This hazel eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he desires power and/or immortality
