History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying south to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
