Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was born into a rich family. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: He stands about 5'6" and is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His chestnut hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His skin is flawless and his brown eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: He very much looks the part of a Cartwright, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'0" when asserting himself. His auburn hair is knotted and matted. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and balancing his hectic life and new cartwright responsibilities is difficult

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears dark leathers with embroidery. He is bald on top and has large brown tufts of hair around his ears. This gray eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Lance was born the youngest of three triplets. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and regain custody of his daughter

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Now he works as a painting tutor during his time off.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
