History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He's also a talented Marshal, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Born in the south to a Glassblower, Bertram learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
