History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He struck the Sage job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Tim enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Tim was born with his mother's beautiful face. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town.
