Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. Gerald is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Knight they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Mayor, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is an amazing painter.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his shortspear with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He has a very tight haircut. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Roland was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: An older man who wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat, he is not a threatening figure. His moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Carter born in the past three hundred years. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Born to a Navigator, his father struggled to pay the bills. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He tends to his Carter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To be a Navigator again; and further expansion of business

Description: He wears a green cloak and cross-gartered white stockings. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He has shaved his head bald. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. Roger abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he desires power and/or immortality
