History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. William was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Slave Trader. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything.
