History: He was born in the west. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Hugh lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'3" when asserting himself. He keeps his long golden hair kept up in a rat tail. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. A true patriot, Ralf would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Ralf was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ralf fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants his loneliness to end

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rolf fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is wearing a long, red cloak. His golden hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Adventurer for hire.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he is unsatisfied with his job
