History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Miles took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up greatsword and armor he uses now. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Guy was born the youngest of three triplets. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears a brown shirt, with a white mid length shorts with white tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. He has styled his red hair well, parting it to the left. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Description: He is a pot bellied southern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. He has a very tight haircut. His brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with red colored cloaks and clothing, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'9" when asserting himself. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. His skin is flawless and his green eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Gifted from a young age, Ralf studied abroad. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
