History: Roger hails from a village terrorized by orcs. At a young age his mother died while driving off some orcs. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in longsword use. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Seamstress who has hired him part-time. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: He was born in a small island village. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is a Miller first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He tends to his Miller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
