Description: He is a pot bellied southern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears an entirely black suit with violet socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He keeps his golden hair in a flapper bob. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Richard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Richard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: Revenge; and wants to work out more often

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He wears a grey shirt with thin white vertical stripes and brown pants. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His golden hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: William hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. William was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy silver stubble. He wears a grey vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His brown leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his grey boots flare out at the collars. He has a hunchback. His silver hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes are a pleasant brown.
Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: Gilbert hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. When Gilbert reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He is wearing a long, grey, dusty cloak, marred by beers. His hair is blonde and curly. His violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and balancing his hectic life and new guard responsibilities is difficult

Description: He is lean but muscular and is typically in his Barrister uniform. He has chestnut hair. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.
Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Barrister work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barrister work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Barrister and occasionally as a mercenary.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and balancing his hectic life and new barrister responsibilities is difficult
