History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: The child of a Bounty Hunter, who enjoyed hunting, Heward was taken on many hunting expeditions. His first spouse was a Bounty Hunter, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
