Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
