Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He has auburn hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Norman was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. With a patchy golden beard and wild golden hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Junk Dealer. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Junk Dealer responsibilities is difficult; and he would like to get married and retire

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He wears his brown hair up. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and wants to work out more often

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy silver stubble. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light blue in addition to tight pants. He has a hunchback. He has moderate length silver hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Locksmith work with an outfit from a few towns over. Locksmith work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Many giants want him driven away; and to be a brewer again

Outside of the suit he prefers to wear black pants and tee shirts. He wears a colorful flower in his silver hair. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Ploughman. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: Gerald was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he feels threatened by others
