History: He comes from a rich western family. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Everard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: An older man who wears a brown tunic with grey highlights, and long brown pants that bunch up around his shoes, he is not a threatening figure. His blonde hair is still thick. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Raymond alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and someone believes him a fraud

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
