Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He has a brown handlebar mustache and slicked back brown hair. This brown eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: He wears a fancy grey suit, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'4" when asserting himself. His hair is short and red. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: Gifted from a young age, Diggory studied abroad. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he feels threatened by others

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head, marred by beers. He keeps his long black hair kept up in a rat tail. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Hugh took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up dagger and armor he uses now. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Hugh was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. A true patriot, Justin would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He is greedy; and he has money and likes to spend it
