Description: He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He is portly but not overly obese. His golden hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: Bernard is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He found a children's book about a Human Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and to unite with his sister

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a simple black robe with brown stripes complete with hood. His golden hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Merchant responsibilities is difficult; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with brown lining and desert motifs, and is pretty ugly. His auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Manfred lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and wants to raise his children well

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He is typically in his Interpreter uniform. His tied-back hair is black. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He got into the Interpreter business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Sculptor, but he got bored and became a Interpreter. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and expand his business

Description: He is a husky man, who sports blue clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His hair is short and black. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: Peter speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. The war was a terrible time for him, and Peter does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Peter was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.
