Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Sage who has hired him part-time. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sage. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Blacksmith. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Randal was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mortician hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Randal was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
