Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. He sports a long silver beard, and similarly colored long hair. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His red hair is lengthy. His brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Diggory was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Detective hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Odo has worked very hard to control his curse. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
