History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He worked as a nervous Ruler and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: He is a Lamia in disguise. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He tends to wear a large tan jacket. He has a very tight haircut. His gray eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Fletcher for the past few years.
