Description: This man stands a little under 5'7" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his violet robe. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. His eyes are green.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Rolf was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Shipwright. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to be a miner again

Description: He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He carries with him a set of pickaxes, each one with a jet on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His hair is red, silky, and of moderate length. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He has all his life been fascinated with writing.
History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. He has a long red beard with little hanging trinkets. He has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Gerard never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he is content

Description: He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a trident, but if one is not available he will default to his warhammer. He carries with him a set of warhammers on his belt, each one with a amber on the hilt. His hair is cut close to his head. His ears are large.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Stableman they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Shepherd, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and retire the richest man in the north
