His moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Roland and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Sellsword profession.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Priest. He struck the Priest job and began his own company from there.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and revenge
