History: He was born into a rich family. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His first spouse was a Detective, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody.
