History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Bertram was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Through the years after Justin was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Justin's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Knight for hire.

Bounty Hunter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
