Description: This dark-skinned male very much looks the part of a Tailor. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Roland was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Druid, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Druid in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His first spouse was a Farmer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and to reunite with his absent father

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
