Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'8". He is dressed in an above average manner, and his gloved hand is found clutching a dagger. His silver hair is knotted and matted. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. After a long history of fighting, Heward and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: This southern man wears a tattered pair of loose pastel pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has white hair. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Jocelyn reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jocelyn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: The child of a Gardener, who enjoyed hunting, Gilbert was taken on many hunting expeditions. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he is content

Personality: This man loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, John was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears a brown shirt with thin green vertical stripes and black pants. His hair is always cut to a buzz. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Guy was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers
