History: He was born into a rich family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.

His white hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. He has blue eyes and a grey hat with a blue feather.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Weaver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
