History: Born to a Detective, his father struggled to pay the bills. A freak accident while working with his Detective father left him crippled. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. After a long history of fighting, Ralf and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wishes to resurrect an old love
