History: He got into the Slave Trader business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Slave Trader work with an outfit from a few towns over. Slave Trader work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Lance is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Lance lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Shipwright, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Shipwright they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Mercenary, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Born in the east to a Miller, Gerald learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
