History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.

Description: He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He carries with him a set of swords on his belt, each one with a amber on the hilt. He has blonde hair. His eyes are likewise amber.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hugh fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a worn and beaten armor. His red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

History: He was born into a rich family. After coming to the age of reason, John took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is greedy

Ideals: Justice, Gifted. Flaws: Addict, Fearful. Bonds: Rich. Occupation: Spice Merchant

Voice: Spits words with contempt

Description: He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with Stetson hat. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his pickaxe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a clover on it. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: Aldous was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and many gnolls want him driven away
