He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Junk Dealer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Detective, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 75. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and his religion dominates his actions

Sporting a black mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Born to a Masseuse, his father struggled to pay the bills. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and to prove his worth to the world
