History: Born in the east to a Interpreter, Richard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Interpreter for hire.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and sabotage a competitor
