History: Bertram hails from a village terrorized by goblins. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Bertram was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: The child of a Bookbinder, who enjoyed hunting, Geoffrey was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
