Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Hugh was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Hugh was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has worked as a Shepherd like his father before him.

He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability.
