History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Charles grew up listening to his father's many stories. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born to a Mayor, his father struggled to pay the bills. Theobald liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Marshal profession.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Marshal they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Armorer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
