History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Manfred was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Servant mother left him crippled. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bernard grew up listening to his father's many stories. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dilettante hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Bernard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
