Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Drogo was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Drogo's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Ralf lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and regain custody of his daughter

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gerard grew up listening to his father's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
