History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Gilbert was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He struck the Merchant job and began his own company from there.

He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

History: He got into the Navigator business at a young age. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Navigator for the past few years.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and balancing his hectic life and new navigator responsibilities is difficult
