History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. A true patriot, Manfred would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Through the years after Manfred was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Manfred's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His childhood dream was to be a Brewer, but he was a colossal failure. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
