During his travels, Gunter and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Gunter discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Gunter fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
