Personality: Theobald wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Expert, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency.
