History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Cartwright. He's also a talented Navigator, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
